Dr Bongani Socutshana – Paediatric orthopaedic Surgeon in Thembisa

Dr Bongani Socutshana is an orthopaedic surgeon with a special focus on paediatric orthopaedics, helping children manage conditions that affect their bones, joints, limbs and movement. He completed specialised fellowship training in Paediatric Orthopaedics under the mentorship of Prof R Goller.

Dr Socutshana provides orthopaedic assessment and treatment for infants, children and adolescents, addressing both congenital conditions and injuries that develop during childhood. His approach focuses on supporting healthy growth, improving mobility and helping young patients achieve the best possible functional outcomes. He also manages selected adult orthopaedic conditions, including trauma and foot-related problems
